This Privacy Policy explains what information Press N Bloom (“we,” “us,” or “the studio”) collects through this website, how that information is used, and how to reach us with questions. It applies only to pressnbloom.com — not to any separate agreement you may enter into with us for client work, which is governed by the terms of that engagement.

Information We Collect

This website collects information only when you actively provide it, through two forms:

• The Contact form — your name, email address, business or brand name, your website or Instagram handle (optional), what you’d like help with and your timeline (each selected from a short list), and your message.
• The newsletter / “notify me” signup (in the footer and on the pre-launch page) — your email address only.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies to automatically collect information about your visit — see “Analytics and Cookies” below.

Information Submitted Through Contact or Inquiry Forms

When you submit the Contact form, the information you enter is sent, via the email delivery service Resend, directly to Press N Bloom’s business email address. It is not stored in a separate database, CRM, or marketing list — it exists as an email in our inbox, the same as any message sent directly to us.

Information Submitted Through Newsletter / Signup Forms

The email signup form is not yet connected to a full email marketing platform. When you submit your email address, it is sent — also via Resend — as a notification to Press N Bloom’s business email address, so we know you’d like to hear from us. It is not automatically added to a mailing list, and no automated marketing emails are sent as a result of this form today. If and when we connect a dedicated email marketing service in the future, this policy will be updated to name that service before it goes live.

How Information Is Used

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential engagement;
• Follow up with you if you’ve asked to be notified about the studio’s launch or Journal updates;
• Keep an internal record of the conversation, the way any professional services inquiry would be.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

How Information Is Stored and Protected

Submitted information is delivered to and stored in Press N Bloom’s Google Workspace business email account. We take reasonable care to protect information submitted to us, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services This Website Actually Uses

We believe in naming exactly what we use — not a generic boilerplate list. As of the date above, this website uses:

• Resend — an email delivery service that transmits Contact form and newsletter signup submissions to us. See Resend’s privacy policy.
• Netlify — our website hosting provider, which serves this site and, as part of normal web server operation, may process standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) for any visitor. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — where messages sent through this site’s forms ultimately arrive and are stored, as our business email provider.

This site’s typefaces (Playfair Display and Inter) are self-hosted — served from our own domain rather than loaded from Google’s font servers — so no font-related request or information is sent to Google as you browse this site.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, advertising pixels, a CRM, or any other third-party service beyond what’s named above. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

Analytics and Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics software, or tracking technologies of any kind. No visitor behavior is tracked, and no cookie consent banner is shown because none is currently needed. If analytics are added in the future (to understand overall site traffic, for example), this policy will be updated first, and a cookie policy will be published if the technology used requires one.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, and complying with applicable legal obligations. When personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may contact us at sofia@pressnbloom.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us. We will review and respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.
